The AOS “Microsoft Dynamics AX @2712” cannot be
reached. Setup cannot continue. Verify that you entered the correct server
information and that the AOS services is running.
Scenario:
If you install Microsoft Dynamics AX Reporting service extension and Enterprise
portal. After revalidate the prerequisite you got the error The AOS “Microsoft Dynamics AX @2712”
cannot be reached.
Solution:
- Click startàcontrol panelàAdministrative Toolsàclick on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 configuration
- Click on Local client and choose
Business Connector (non-interactive use
only) front of the Configuration
Target:
- Open Microsoft Dynamics AX clientàSystem AdministrationàSetupàSystemàSystem service
accounts.
- Put the Alias and Network Domainàclick on OK
button.
- Restart the Server and run setup again.
- Open Microsoft Dynamics AX clientàSystem AdministrationàSetupàSystemàSystem service accounts.
- Put the Alias and Network Domainàclick on OK button.
- Restart the Server and run setup again.
