Download Visual studio Update 4 and 5
1. Download VS2013.4 or VS2013.5.
2. Save the file to a folder.
3. Open the folder.
4. Shift + Right click in the folder and choose "Open command window here".
5. In the command window type "VS2013.4.exe / Layout".
6. Press enter.
