"This app can’t be activated by the built in Administrator account"
It can be solved through editing a group policy and follow the steps:
- Go to run and type “gpedit.msc”.
- Go to path “Windows SettingsàSecurity SettingsàLocal PoliciesàSecurity Option”.
- Find “User Account Control: Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account”.
- You can see the Security setting is disabled.
- Double click on the policies and tick mark on “Enable”.
- Click “Apply” and “OK” and Reboot the PC.
- Open “Control Panel”.
- Find “Change User Account Control Settings”.
- Move the slider up one Level. If UAC was disabled, move the slider up one level to enable basic UAC. If UAC was already enabled, raise the slider to the next security level.
- Click “Ok” and Reboot the PC.
